Michael Kozicki, Ph.D. (Director and Officer)

Dr. Kozicki is Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Axon. He has over 18 years of academic and industrial microelectronics experience. He is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Director of the Center for Solid State Electronics Research at Arizona State University. A recognized nanostructures engineering expert, Dr. Kozicki has authored a number of books and technical articles, holds numerous patents on semiconductor manufacturing processes, is a frequent presenter at national conferences and has consulted for several organizations , including the U.S. Army, Motorola, Time-Warner, IBM and Burr-Brown. Dr. Kozicki is co-inventor of the Programmable Metallization Cell. He received his B.Sc. degree, Summa Cum Laude, and his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
